A detailed listing is also <br />attached. <br />EFT#: 22512-22519 $ 157,314.17 <br />ACH#: 22467-22511 $ 289,725.57 <br />Check#: 161690-161708 $ 17,172.48 <br /> Total: $ 464,212.22 <br /> <br />Recommendation(s): To approve the payment of invoices as listed in the attachment. <br />Applicable Deadlines: None <br />Legislative History: Minnesota Statute 412.271 requires the City Council to approve <br />all payments of claims. Per the City’s Purchasing Policy, the City <br />Council delegates to the City Manager or his/her designee its <br />authority to pay claims prior to obtaining Council approval. A list <br />of all payments are to be provided to the City Council at the next <br />available Council meeting, and earlier payment does not affect <br />the right of the City Council or any taxpayer to challenge the <br />validity of a claim.
