Present: Councilmembers Abdulle, Allen, Axberg and Mayor Pro-Tem Dunsworth Absent: Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas Also Present: Devin Massopust-City Manager,Joe Sappe-City Attorney (attending remotely),Ben Gozola-Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development, Terri Spangrud- City Clerk(attending remotely) Call to Order Call to Order Mayor Pro-Tern Dunsworth called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
