Lots Ho near Leona <br /> roadway easement impacting the property at 2310 Leona Drive Subdivision <br /> a.Consider a <br /> ti <br /> City Manager Massopust indicated Assistant Director of Community Asce'ts and Development Gozola would resolcondituiononally <br /> be presenting this item to the Council. approving the vacation <br /> Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola stated in November of 2023, Nick of an unutilized <br /> roadway easement <br /> Anderson applied for a subdivision of the land at 2310 Leona Drive. Details of this request impacting the property <br /> were distributed to the City's partnering agencies, and Ramsey County uncovered records of a at 2310 Leona Drive <br /> heretofore unrecognized area of right-of-way over the eastern portion of the lot(33 feet). As <br /> the land is concurrently being platted which will guarantee the City the right-of-way it needs in <br /> this corridor, staff and the planning commission find it is appropriate to vacate the old right-of- <br /> way contingent on approval and filing of the Lots on Leona plat(next agenda item). Staff <br /> commented further on the request and asked that the Council hold a public hearing and adopt a <br /> Resolution approving the vacation of the roadway easement. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Axberg,seconded by Councilmember Dunsworth to open the <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> A roll call vote was taken. <br /> 4 Ayes,0 Nays-Motion Carried <br /> The Public Hearing was opened at 6:47 p.m. <br /> Mayor Niedfeldt-Thomas asked for comments,there were none. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Axberg,seconded by Councilmember Dunsworth to close the <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> A roll call vote was taken. <br /> 4 Ayes,0 Nays-Motion Carried <br /> The Public Hearing was closed at 6:48 p.m. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Axberg,seconded by Councilmember Dunsworth to approve a <br /> Resolution conditionally vacating an unused roadway easement impacting the property at 2310 Leona <br /> Drive. <br /> A roll call vote was taken. <br /> 4 Ayes,0 Nays-Motion Carried <br /> b.
