<br />.; <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />It <br /> <br />fi <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.94-040 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property <br />in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract E and Tract F, Registered Land Survey Number 237, located in the <br />Southwest 14 of the Southeast 14 of Section 19, Township 30, Range 23 West, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities <br />that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br />before subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of <br />property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approved the subdivision of the above-described property into <br />parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />A portion of Tract E, Registered Land Survey Number 237, located in the Southwest 1/4 of <br />the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, described more particularly as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of Tract E, Registered Land Survey Number 237, <br />said corner being N 70037'24" E a distance of 694.75 feet from the south 1/4 corner of <br />Section 19, Township 30 North, range 23 West; thence N 1009'50" W, bearing based on the <br />Ramsey County Coordinate system, a distance of 352.27 feet along the westerly line of said <br />Tract E; thence S 80030'08" E a distance of 147.55 feet to the easterly line of said Tract E; <br />thence S 1009'57" E a distance of 357.66 feet along the easterly line of said Tract E; thence <br />along a curve.concave to the north and along the southwesterly line of said Tract E and along <br />the northerly right of way of Pike Lake Drive an arc length of 89.72 feet; said curve has a <br />radius of 788.36 feet and a central angle of 6031' 15", the chord of said curve bears N <br />79045'20" W a distance of 89.67 feet; thence N 76029'43" W a distance of 59.04 feet along <br />the southwesterly line of said Tract E and along the northerly right of way of Pike Lake Drive <br />to the Point of Beginning.
