<br />ORDINANCE NO. 735 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO Amending City Code Chapter 2 restricting <br />Mwricipal Advisory Commission Members from becoming engaged in City contracts <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2-71 of the City Code is amended as follows: <br /> <br />The additional language proposed is as follows: <br /> <br />City Code Sec. 2-71. Commissioner involvement with City business/contracts <br /> <br />Commission members shall refrain from bidding or entering into any contracts, agreements, <br />or other engagements with the City while serving on a commission or creating or <br />participating in any situation where a real or perceived conflict of interest exists. <br /> <br />Section 2.
