Vacation and abandonment of Butcher's Spur railroad right-of-way. <br />21. Vacation of any utility, drainage or other easements, as needed in order to facilitate the <br />proj ect. <br />22. Approval of a permit by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />23. The developer shall be required to develop a comprehensive sign plan as described in <br />Section 9A041 (Areas of Special Control) of the zoning code. The elements within said <br />comprehensive sign plan should reflect the design principals described within the <br />NWQ Design Guidelines (Version: December 2005). <br />24.
