<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE FOR THE <br />TWIN CITIES NORTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO OPERATE AT <br />JAKE'S SPORTS CAFE, 790 WEST COUNTY ROAD D. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce has made proper application for <br />renewal of their lawful gambling license to operate at Jake's Sports Cafe, <br />located at 790 West County Road D in the City of New Brighton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves the request for resolution for the Twin Cities North <br />Chamber of Commerce to renew their license. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton to <br />hereby approve the resolution for the lawful gambling license for the Twin Cities North <br />Chamber of Commerce to operate at Jake's Sports Cafe, located at 790 West County Road D <br />in the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of New Brighton this 28th day of February ,2006. <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />Matthew S.
