<br />. <br /> <br />~i <br /> <br />I~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-136 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton has <br />certified special assessments against the attached list of described properties; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since the certification the described properties have <br />been conveyed or replatted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, because of this conveyance or replatting it is <br />necessary that the assessments be reapportioned. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQL veD by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton that the assessments against the described properties <br />shall be reapportioned as shown in the Attachment A. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of New Brighton this <br /> <br />14th day of December, 19~. <br /> <br />~L <br /> <br /> <br />)S (}/~-/ <br /> <br />tthew S.
