<br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-108 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING "2 HOUR PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. <br />SCHOOL DAYS" ON 14TH AVENUE NW BETWEEN 25TH STREET AND COUNTY <br />ROAD H <br /> <br />WHEREAS, residents of the 2500 block of 14th Avenue NW have request the <br />establishment of 2 hour parking 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. school days on their street due to <br />student parking problem from nearby lrondale High School, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parking problems that were sited by the residents were cars blocking <br />driveways and mailboxes and litter left on the lawns, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has imposed parking restrictions on other residential <br />street adjacent to lrondale High School where student parking has created similar problems <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the block of 14th Avenue NW between 25th Street and County Road H be <br />restricted to 2 hour parking 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. school days and that the street be so <br />posted. <br /> <br />Adopted this of 14th day of September, 1993. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mar~ <br /> <br />Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
