<br />i: ,< <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-088 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON (generally the south side of 1 st Street SW and west of the Minnesota <br />Transfer Railway.) <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />That part of the East 138 feet of the West 824 feet of the Northwest I <br />I <br />quarter of the Northeast quarter lying South of the center line of First Street I <br />Southwest, in Section 32, Township 30, Range 23. i <br /> <br />That part of the East 75 feet of the West 899 feet of the Northwest quarter II <br />of the Northeast quarter lying South of the center line of First Street <br />Southwest, in Section 32, Township 30, Range 23. I <br />I <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, I <br />Township 30, Range 23, lying Westerly of Minnesota Transfer Railway , <br />Company's right-of-way and Southerly of the center line of First Street SW, I <br />except the West 899 feet thereof. I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities tha~ <br />have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before 'I <br />such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />I <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of I <br />property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met.
