EXHIBIT A TO RESOLUTION NO. Q~-ORO RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF ORDER TO ABATE NUISANCE ORDER FOR ABATEMENT TO: Fred A. Rosenkranz 1521 - 14th Avenue NW New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 and all other record owners, adult occupants and residents of the property located at the above address THIS ORDER is issued pursuant to Resolution 080 of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, adopted by a majority vote of the City Council. L The following violations of Chapter 17 of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances were found during an inspection of the premises at 1521 14th Avenue NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, on June 10, 1993: The presence of an unfilled excavation; The accumulations of the following items of trash, rubbish, and garbage: three (3) sheets of tagboard/plywood, located west of the garage; miscellaneous old lumber, metal parts (including but not limited to a water pump and tailpipe section), container, cardboard, located east of the garage; tires, full five-gallon container, empty five- gallon container, empty two-and-one-half gallon container, miscellaneous wood and metal, one (1) sheet of tagboard/p1ywood, and other covered items, located within a shed-type structure; tires, wheel rim, tub, bath sink, ping pong table, wooden box, covered container, box above covered container containing carpet, wood box, plastic and oven parts, old wire, old carpets, shelving, bucket, boot and possibly other clothing, old tagboard/plywood, and other covered items, located east of the shed-type structure; old grill, two (2) lawnmowers, one (1) unidentified device, particle board, old shingles, old pallet, located along fence east of shed-type structure; A-I
