<br />EXHIBIT A <br />TO RESOLUTION NO. Q~-ORO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF ORDER <br />TO ABATE NUISANCE <br /> <br />ORDER FOR ABATEMENT <br /> <br />TO: Fred A. Rosenkranz <br />1521 - 14th Avenue NW <br />New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 <br /> <br />and all other record owners, adult occupants <br />and residents of the property located at the <br />above address <br /> <br />THIS ORDER is issued pursuant to Resolution 080 of the City <br />Council of the City of New Brighton, adopted by a majority vote of <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />L <br />The following violations of Chapter 17 of the New Brighton <br />Code of Ordinances were found during an inspection of the premises <br />at 1521 14th Avenue NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, on June 10, 1993: <br /> <br />The presence of an unfilled excavation; <br /> <br />The accumulations of the following items of trash, rubbish, <br />and garbage: <br /> <br />three (3) sheets of tagboard/plywood, located west <br />of the garage; <br /> <br />miscellaneous old lumber, metal parts (including <br />but not limited to a water pump and tailpipe <br />section), container, cardboard, located east of the <br />garage; <br /> <br />tires, full five-gallon container, empty five- <br />gallon container, empty two-and-one-half gallon <br />container, miscellaneous wood and metal, one (1) <br />sheet of tagboard/p1ywood, and other covered items, <br />located within a shed-type structure; <br /> <br />tires, wheel rim, tub, bath sink, ping pong table, <br />wooden box, covered container, box above covered <br />container containing carpet, wood box, plastic and <br />oven parts, old wire, old carpets, shelving, <br />bucket, boot and possibly other clothing, old <br />tagboard/plywood, and other covered items, located <br />east of the shed-type structure; <br /> <br />old grill, two (2) lawnmowers, one (1) unidentified <br />device, particle board, old shingles, old pallet, <br />located along fence east of shed-type structure; <br /> <br />A-I <br />
