Listed below is our proposal to remove the venniculite and an <br />explanation of the costS and removal methods. <br /> <br />Our proposal includes aU labor, materials, equipment, aU: monitoring, and disposal <br />(for our work) required to perfonn the work according to all regulations in effect <br />on this date. <br /> <br />We have discu..~ the removal procedures with the MPCA and MOH. We will <br />be sending a separate letter detailing our removal procedures OQce we receive <br />written results of the bulk S3Mple tests of the venniculite. <br /> <br />We will dtmo the first few courses of the block walls to expose the bulk <br />vermiculite. It is not possible to 'fully clean the inside of the block walls, $0 the <br />remaining block will be considered asbestos waste. Once our work is completr;, <br />your crews can demo and dispose oftbe bJOl;k walls as asbestos containing waste. <br /> <br />Ow: proposal includes the following: <br />. Removal of. bulk asbestos oontaining vermiculite material that spills out of the <br />first few courses of block. <br />.
