<br />In conjunction with the Final PUD approval for Tract 1, the developers shall execute
<br />a written agreement with the City describing the specific operations, maintenance
<br />and capital replacement obligations of each party with regard to the public spaces,
<br />green spaces, trails, boulevards, sidewalks, landscaping, streetscapes, ponds and
<br />public amenities constructed within the area shown in the prelirninaty plat.
