<br />......- <br />..' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-070 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 93-1, STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, bids for Improvement Project 93-1, Street Reconstruction, were <br />received, opened, and read aloud by the City Administration at 3:00 p.m., May 21, 1993, <br />complying with the advertisement, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be <br />Hardrives, Inc. with a bid of $599,633.47. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Hardrives, Inc. in the name of the City of New Brighton for <br />Improvement Project 93-1, Street Reconstruction. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bid except that the deposits of the successful low <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br /> <br />Adopted this of 25th day of May, 1993. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A T']:'g$J': <br /> <br />...~ <br /> <br />Finance.
