<br />t <br /> <br />. <br />.; <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.93-061 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of the intersection of 6th Street NW and 4th Avenue <br />NW.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain <br />property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, 11, and 12, Block 5, First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be <br />obtained before such subdivision can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of <br />property without platting jf certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Northerly Parcel: <br /> <br />Lot 10 and the north half of Lot 11, Block 5, First <br />Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Southerly Parcel: <br /> <br />Lot 12 and the south half of Lot 11, Block 5, First Addition to <br />New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approved PL-205 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
