<br />, <br />1'", <br /> <br />:j <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-041 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON (generally northeast of the 5th Avenue and 5th Street NW intersection). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property <br />in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />lots 16, 17, & 18, Block 8 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br /> <br />lots 19, 20, & 21, Block 8 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes that is such property is located in municipalities that have <br />adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such <br />subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26~24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of <br />property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: lot 21 and north 4 feet of lot 20, Block 8, 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br />Parcel 2: That part of lot 20 lying south of north 4 feet thereof of north 8 feet of lot <br />19, Block 8, 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br />Parcel 3: That part of lot 19 lying south of north 8 feet thereof and north 12 feet of <br />lot 18, Block 8, 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br />Parcel 4: That part of lot 1 8 lying south of north 1 2 feet thereof and north 1 6 feet <br />of lot 1 7, Block 8, 1 st Addition to New Brighton <br />Parcel 5: That part of lot 17 lying south of north 16 feet and all of lot 16, Block 8. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approves Pl-203 subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1 . Construction of a landscape berm along the south property line of Parcel 5 <br />adjacent to 5th Street NW. <br />2.
