<br />Section 3. Modification, Approval and Adoption of the <br />Modified Development Program Relating to Development District <br />No. 1.. <br /> <br />3.01. The modification to the modified Development Program <br />relating to Development District No. 1 reflecting increased <br />project costs is hereby approved and adopted by the Council of <br />the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 4. Modification, Approval and Adoption Qf the <br />Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans Relating to Tax Increment <br />Financing Districts No. 1. through No. 12. <br /> <br />4.01. The modifications to the modified Tax Increment <br />Financing Plans relating to Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />No. 1 through No. 19 reflecting increased project costs within <br />Development District No. 1 are hereby approved and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 5. Approval Qf the Creation Qf Proposed Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts No. 20 and No. 11 and the Approval <br />and Adoption of the Proposed Tax Increment Financing Plans <br />Relatina Thereto. <br /> <br />5.01. The creation of proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts No. 20 and No. 21 within Development District No. 1 and <br />the approval and adoption of the proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans relating thereto are hereby approved and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 6. Filina of Plans. <br /> <br />6.01. Upon approval and adoption of the modified <br />Development Program, modified Tax Increment Financing Plans and <br />proposed Tax Increment Financing Plans (collectively the <br />"Plans"), the City shall cause said Plans to be filed with the <br />Minnesota Department of Revenue. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 9th day of February, <br />1993. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Williams , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Benke, Gunderman, Larson, Rebelein, Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />4 <br />
