Harstad Companies, property owner, requested the vacation of all drainage
easements shown on Plat PL-175 Innsbruck Park Estates, Lots 14 through 22,
Block 1, and outlot A (subject easements) on November 2, 1992;
2. The City Council held a public hearing on December 8, 1992, and the written
comments and analysis of City Staff were considered.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED the City Council of the City of New
Brighton makes the following findings of fact in respect to the proposed vacation:

1. The subject drainage easements are located on Lots 14 through 22, Block 1,
Innsbruck Park Estates (original Plat-1991) and on Outlot A, Innsbruck Park
Estates (original Plat-1991).
2. The subject easements have been platted over with the revised Innsbruck Park
Estates subdivision approved in 1992.
3. Vacating the subject easements would serve to avoid confusion on the land title
and would not alter the lots or easements created by the revised Innsbruck Park
Estates Plat.
4. This vacation does not effect any easements shown on Innsbruck Park Estates
Plat II, approved September 22, 1992.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the requested drainage easement vacation is hereby
approved.

Adopted this 8th day of December, 1992.

~

ATTEST:

~

Finance Director/City Clerk
(SEAL)

~ m.C~1~

David M.
