<br />!C <br /> <br />!ol <br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-13-1 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING ENGINEERING <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR EXTENDING STREET AND UTILmES FOR 5TH <br />STREET SW, PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 93-3. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has initiated consideration of proposed <br />Improvement Project 93-3, the construction of the street and utilities to serve 5th Street <br />SW and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953, <br />Chapter 398, as amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the New Brighton <br />Director of Public Works for study and that is instructed to report to the City Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of December, 1992. <br /> <br />~ <br />h..,., <br /> <br />Robert Be ayor <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br />~ t(\,~ <br /> <br />David M.
