<br />Section 2. Notice of Hearing: Filinq Q{ Plans. <br /> <br />2.01. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of the public hearing, substantially in the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, to be published as required by law, to place <br />a copy of the Modified Redevelopment Plan, the Modified Tax <br />Increment Financing Plans and the proposed Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan (collectively the "Plans") on file in the City <br />Clerk's office and to make such Plans available for inspection by <br />the public. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 8th day of December, <br />1992. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Rebelein , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Benke, Gunderman, Rebelein, Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />and was signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk. <br /> <br />R~YOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />
