~ i WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcel A That part of Lot 7, "AUDITOR'S SUBDNISION NO. 26, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINN." according to the recorded plat thereof described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of the north 351.28 feet of the west 744.00 feet of said Lot 7; thence on an assumed bearing of North, parallel with the west line of said Lot 7, a distance of 180.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 450.00 feet; thence North 45 degrees 16 minutes 07 minutes East a distance of 240.22 feet, to the north line of said Lot 7; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds West, along said north line, a distance of 820.66 feet, to the northeast comer of the west 544.00 feet of said Lot 7; thence on a bearing of South a distance of 351.30 feet to the southeast comer of the north 351.28 feet of the 544.00 feet of said Lot 7; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds East, parallel with said north line, a distance of 200.00 feet, to the point of beginning.
