The center of said circle is a point 42.00 feet southerly from the <br />terminus of the above described center line, as measured at a right angle to said <br />center line. <br /> <br />Road Easement <br /> <br />A 66.00 foot easement for public right-of-way over, under and across <br />Lots 6 and 7, "AUDITOR'S SUBDMSION NO. 26, RAMSEY COUNTY, <br />MINN. ", according to the recorded plat thereof. The center line of said easement <br />is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Lot 7 with a line <br />33.00 feet north of the south line of said Lot 7; thence South 89 <br />degrees 43 minutes 53 seconds East (assuming the west lien of said Lot 7 <br />has an assumed bearing of North), parallel with the south line of said <br />Lot 7, a distance of 497.58 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of <br />158.7 feet, along a tangential curve concave to the southwest having a <br />radius of 151.42 feet and a central angle of 60 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds, to a point of reverse curvature; thence southeasterly a <br />distance of 158.7 feet, along said reverse curve concave to the northeast <br />having a radius of 151.42 feet and a central angle of 60 <br />degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 53 <br />seconds East, tangent with the last described curve, a distance of <br />715.62 feet and said center line there terminating. <br /> <br />Together with an easement for public right-of-way purposes over, under and <br />across that part of said Lot 6, not included in the above described easement, <br />which lies within the circumference of a circle having a radius of 75.00 feet. <br />The center of said circle is a point 42.00 feet southerly from the terminus of <br />the above described center line, as measured at a right angle to said center <br />line. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New <br /> <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
