<br />~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-103 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PAYMENT OF W ATERMAIN COST ON PROJECT 90-5 FROM THE <br />WATER UTILITY FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the watermain improvemnts included in Project 90-5 provides general water system <br />benefit, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the portion of the project cost relalini to the general water system benefit should be paid <br />from the water utility fund, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, that the <br />watermam improvement costs in the amount of $48,011.55, on Project 90-5, be paid from the water utility <br />fund. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22rd day of September, 1992. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />':cw~~ rn I C1Jk <br /> <br />avid M.
