<br />..~ - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-102 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON COUNTY ROAD H WATERMAIN, PROJECT 90-5. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly aiven as required by law, the City Council has met and <br />heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment of the improvement of: <br /> <br />LOCATION: <br /> <br />The south side of County Road H from a point 520 feet west of Knollwood <br />Drive to Stinson Boulevard. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />The construction of watermain. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The total amount to be assessed is $8,252.89. <br />2. Such proposed assesSDJel1t, referred to as Ramsey County Data Processing Improvement <br />Number 6127, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands <br />named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the <br />proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />3. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten <br />(10) years, the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1993 <br />and sball bear interest at the rate of 8.0 percent per annum from the adoption of this <br />assessment resolution. <br />4. The owner of any property 80 aSli'essed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />assessment to the County Auditor pay the whole of the asse$~t on such property with <br />interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire Bli'li'e88JDMt is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution and <br />he may, at any time thereafter, pay the County Treasurer, the balance of assessments <br />remaining unpaid with interest accrued. in accordance with the statutes such in case made and <br />provided. <br />5.
