<br />0' <br /> <br />i <br />" <br /> <br />'.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 92-095 <br /> <br />STATE or MIHNESMA <br />COUNTY or RAMSEY <br />CITY or HEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDED PROPOSED 1993 BUDGET, MAXIMUM TAX LEVY Ie <br />ESTABLISHING TIIB PUBLIC HEARING DATE <br /> <br />Whereas, the state has adopted the Truth in Taxation process; <br /> <br />Whereas, the intent of this process is to adequately inform the public about <br />the use and amount of property taxes; <br /> <br />Whereas, the three actions are required for compliance with the Truth in <br />Taxation process as follows: <br /> <br />1. Adoption of a proposed maximum tax levy. <br />2. Adoption of a proposed budget. <br />3. Establishment of a public hearing date. <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that. <br /> <br />1. The maximum tax levy for 1993 shall be $3,277,100. <br />2. The proposed 1993 budget shall be: <br /> <br />General Fund $5,886,700 <br />Enterprises $3,861,500 <br />Special Funds $1,118,200 <br />3. The public hearing date shall be December 15 at 7:30 p.m. with the <br />hearing continued to December 17 at 7:30 p.m., if necessary.
