<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-093 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-112, A RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING 1992 COMPENSATION RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 1991, the City Council adopted the 1992 <br />compensation rates and insurance contribution for non-union personnel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has since approved a reclassification of the position <br />of the Engineering Aide III and Engineering Aide IV. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that wage reclassification was based on analysis of similar jobs and <br />compensation in other cities and a review of jobs and compensation with relative <br />supervisory and operational responsibility in New Brighton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />Attachment A of Resolution No. 91-11 2, adopted the 10th day of December, <br />1991, is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Position <br /> <br />Stanton <br />-.JQ.b <br /> <br />1992 <br />Steo 5 <br /> <br />1992 <br />Camp. <br />Worth <br /> <br />Maximum <br />Pav <br /> <br />Sr. Eng.
