<br />.",,' <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-090 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-SYSTEM EXPENDITURE OF MSA FUNDS FOR <br />COUNTY ROAD H SIDEWALK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has deemed it necessary to construct a <br />sidewalk along County Road H from Long Lake Road to Edgewood Drive for pedestrian <br />safety, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton desires to use its municipal state aid funds <br />to pay for the sidewalk, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of said sidewalk has been approved by the <br />, Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his record as S.A.P. 147-020-19. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton does hereby appropriate from its municipal state aid account the sum of up to <br />. , $40,(X)() for the construction of the sidewalk project and requests the.
