<br />.~' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-063 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />.! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF REPLACEMENT FIRE PUMPER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for a Fire Pumper to replace the 1969 Model which <br />is now in use have been approved by the City Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton Fire Department has secured quotations for <br />such purchase. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton Fire Department reviewed the three quotations <br />received and recommends awarding of the bid to General Safety Equipment, Inc. <br />for a cost of $239,680, which will not include the trade-in of the 1969 Model. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton is authorized to sell the 1969 Model at <br />such time as when the new pumper is delivered. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton to hereby approve the purchase of a Replacement Fire Pumper for the New <br />Brighton Fire Department. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of J..un.e., 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />Rage Wil iams, Acting Mayor <br /> <br />~ Jh, C~ <br /> <br />David M.
