<br />, <br /> <br />,- <br />.,.- <br /> <br />'i <br /> <br />i: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 062 <br /> <br />ii", <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON PROJECT 92-2, OAKWOOD DRIVE STORM <br />SEWER. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City Council has met <br />and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the Oakwood Drive storm <br />sewer, Project 92-2. <br /> <br />The exact area proposed to be assessed is comprised of properties within the drainage area for the <br />project. A map of the assessment area is on file with the City Engineer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />;i <br /> <br />1. Such proposed assessment, referred to as Ramsey County Data Processing Improvement <br />Number 6217 is hereby accepted and shall therein constitute the special assessment against <br />the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be <br />benefitted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten <br />(10) years, the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1993, <br />and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.0 percent per annum from the adoption of this <br />assessment resolution. <br />3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />assessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property with <br />interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution <br />and he may, at any time thereafter, pay the County Treasurer, the balance of assessments <br />remaining unpaid with interest accrued in accordance with the statutes such in case made and <br />provided. <br />4.
