<br />.! <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />i <br />" <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />, <br />Ii <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 0 l) R A <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING 1976 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS BOND FUND #317 <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a separate fund was established to account for the Special <br />Assessment Bonds of 1976, <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final bond payment for the Special Assessment Bonds of <br />1976 was made on February 28, 1992, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need for a separate fund no longer exists because <br />payment of the final bond payment has been made, <br /> <br />; <br />I. <br />1; <br />:i <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the practice has been to transfer any residual of such a <br />fund to the Closed Bond Fund, <br /> <br />l' <br />Ii <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the New Brighton City Council, that <br />all assets, liabilities, and fund balance of the Special Assessment <br />Bonds of 1976 (Fund #317) shall be transferred to the Closed Bond <br />Fund (Fund #426).
