<br />Section 4. Modification. Approval and Adoption Qf ~ <br />Modified Tax Increment FinancinQ Plans RelatinQ tQ Tax Increment <br />Financinq Districts ~ 1 throuQh No. ~. <br /> <br />4.01. The modifications to the Modified Tax Increment <br />Financing Plans relating to Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />No. 1 through No. 18 reflecting increased project costs within <br />Development District No. 1 are hereby approved and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 5. Approval of the Creation of Proposed Tax <br />Increment FinancinQ District No. 1i and the Approval and Adoption <br />of the Proposed Tax Increment Financinq Plan Relatinq Thereto. <br /> <br />5.01. The creation of proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 19 within Development District No.1 and the <br />approval and adoption of the proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan relating thereto are hereby approved and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 6. Filinq of Plans. <br /> <br />6.01. Upon approval and adoption of the Modified <br />Development Program, Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans and <br />proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan (collectively the "Plans"), <br />the City shall cause said plans to be filed with the Minnesota <br />Department of Revenue. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 12th day of May, <br />1992. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Larson , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Benke. C01.mcilmembers Rebelein. Larson. Glnlderman. Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />4 <br />
