<br />II <br />!; <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i \ <br />f ~... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-046 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (generally the NE comer of Silver Lake Road and 15th Street NW.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property int he City of <br />New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 4, Packer's Addition to Minneapolis Stock Yards, except the West 17 <br />feet of said Lot 6. Also all that part of vacated Dell Place. lying North of 15th Street NW; Southerly <br />of a line parallel with and 15.00 feet Southerly .of the Sautherly line of Block 3 in said addition; and <br />Easterly of the Northeasterly extension of the Northwesterly line of Lots 5 and 6 in said Block 4. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a <br />platting ordinance, approval .of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without <br />platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City .of New Brighton approves <br />subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Tract A <br />Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 4, Parker's Addition to Minneapolis Stock Yards, except the West 17.00 feet <br />of said Lot 6. Together with that part of vacated Dell Place lying Southerly of a line parallel with and <br />15.00 feet Southerly of the Southerly line of Block 3 in said Addition; and lying between the Nartherly <br />extension of the East line of said Lot 3 and the Northwesterly line of said Lot 8. <br />Tract B <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Parker's Additian to Minneapolis Stock Yards, also all that part of vacated Dell <br />Place, lying North of 15th Street NW and Southerly of a line parallel with and 15.00 feet Southerly of <br />the Southerly line .of said Block 3, and East of the Northerly extension of the West line .of said Lot 2. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton approved <br />PL-195 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Payment of a $750 park dedication fee upon approval and recording of said subdivision. <br />2.
