<br />.t <br /> <br />I ~ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-038 <br /> <br />i ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />~ i <br /> <br />0$ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN mE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (generally the 22nd Avenue NW cul-de.sac). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City <br />of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract RDR except the South one hundred forty.three (S. 143) feet thereof, front and rear, and the <br />East one-half (E. In) of Tract RH. lying South of the Southerly line of Tract .C. and its Westerly <br />extension, Registered Land Survey No. 149, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on file in the office of the <br />Registrar of Titles within and for said County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted <br />a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br />without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />;1 <br />" <br />I <br />., <br />i' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council bas determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />l'Ju'cel A: Tract RDR except the South one hundred forty-three (S. 143) feet thereof, front and rear, <br />and the East one-half (E. 'h) of Tract .H. lying South of the Southerly line of .C. and its Westerly <br />extension, Registered Land Survey No. 149, on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles within and <br />for said County, except that part lying northerly of a line drawn from the southeast comer of the <br />above described property to the northwest comer of said property. <br /> <br />Parcel B: Tract RD. except the South one hundred forty-three (S. 143) feet thereof, front and rear, <br />and the East one-half (E. In) of Tract .HR lying South of the Southerly line of Tract .C. and its <br />Westerly extension, Registered Land Survey No. 149, on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles <br />within and for said County, except that part lying southerly of a line drawn from the southeast <br />comer of the above described property to the northwest comer of said property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of New Brighton approved <br />PL-193 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
