<br />,t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.92-026 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER TO REDUCE THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR THE <br />WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES <br /> <br />Whereas, City staff was responsible for special monitoring of water quality <br />and the condition of the wells during the initial operation of the temporary <br />and permanent treatment facilities; <br /> <br />Whereas, the Army was to pay an administrative fee for the personnel costs <br />'I associated with these special responsibilities; <br /> <br />! \ rlhereas, in anticipation of reimbursement from tile Army, a'n adluinistrative fee <br />of $51,600 was recorded in 1988; <br /> <br />Whereas, in later discussions with the Army the City agreed to revise the fee <br />to $9,600; <br /> <br />Whereas, this fee adjustment is an equitable amount; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />The City's record shall be revised to accept $9,600 as payment in full for <br />these special personnel costs. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of March, 1992 <br /> <br />:\ <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert J. enke, Mayor <br /> <br />~ rn.(!}~~ <br /> <br />David M.
