<br />_,JIIIIlllj'''' <br /> <br />II "',,~ <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />tl <br />I <br />i( <br /> <br />~'''- <br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 91-112 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />(RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION RATES AND INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR <br />;NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Whereas, the compensation rates for the Pay Plan for non-union personnel <br />':must be set annually by Council resolution; and <br />Whereas, the compensation rates have been reviewed and are attached to <br />this Resolution as Attachment A and B; and <br />Whereas, these rates are set in accordance with the policy to compensate <br />',personnel at the Stanton mean; and <br />Whereas, it also is proposed that the City will continue to make a <br />,contribution towards the cost of employee health insurance; and <br />I Whereas, City policy provides that an employee shall be reimbursed for <br />· use of their personal vehicle when used to conduct City business; and, <br />Whereas, the City has completed the initial work on the Comparable Worth <br />Study as required by the State; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The 1992 compensation rates shall be as specified in Attachments A <br />land B. <br />2. The City's contribution for health insurance shall be set at a rate <br />: not to exceed the rates approved for union personnel. Any change in this rate <br />; ishall not take place until the Insurance Committee has completed its review of <br />,health care options. <br />, 3. The City's reimbursement rate for use of a personal vehicle used to <br />.conduct City business shall be consistent with the IRS maximum reimbursement <br />Tate. <br />4. Monthly salaried, full-time regular employees who are not eligible <br />ito receive overtime pay may receive an amount up to 5% of annual salary to <br />!compensate for overtime-performance. This section is to be administered at <br />!the discretion of the City Manager. <br />5.
