A resolution amending Resolution No. 06-014 regarding the legal description of <br />a minor subdivision approved on January 24, 2006. <br /> <br />2. A resolution authorizing re-conveyance oftax-forleited lands to the State of <br />Mirmesota subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Legislative History: <br /> <br />. On January 24,2006 the City Council held a public hearing to consider <br />a Minor Subdivision (MS-2006-02) for a 5' strip of land at the corner of <br />16th Street NW and Silver Lake Road; the City Council subsequently <br />adopted Resolution No. 06-014 approving the minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Explanation: <br /> <br />On January 24,2006 the City Council approved a minor subdivision (MS- <br />2006-02) for a 5 foot strip of land along a portion of Silver Lake Road near 16th <br />Street NW. The subdivision was made at the request of Ramsey County in <br />conjunction with the widening of Silver Lake Road a few years ago. The City <br />owns the land, which now includes a small storm pond.
