Report No. 06-094. <br /> <br />The City Planner, Janice Gundlach gave an overview of the proposed Ordinance <br />amendment. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission approved the amendment 5-2. The 2 dissenting commissioners <br />felt it was not appropriate approving commercial use in a residential zoned property. <br /> <br />Council Member Burg questioned the concerns of the two dissenting cornmi.&$iQl1ers. <br />Ms. Gundlach stated the biggest concern was permitting commercial us~il1aresid,~l1tial <br />property.
