<br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />;: <br />i. <br />':1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91{)82 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE TIF DISTRICT #15 DEMOLITION <br />PROJECT. <br /> <br />~ . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, bids for the above project were received, opened, and <br />read aloud by the City Administration at 11 :00 a.m., August 19, 1991, <br />,i complying with the advertisement. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder meeting bid specifications was <br />found to be Devin Construction, with a bid of $9,400. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton: <br /> <br />1 . The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Devin Construction, in the name of the City of <br />New Brighton for the above project. <br /> <br />2.
