<br />" <br />: i <br /> <br />:' <br /> <br />* ~: <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />~ ; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />I: <br />;1 <br /> <br />ji <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ELIMINATING BALANCES IN FUND #424 <br />UNFUNDED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a separate fund was established to account for the <br />construction costs of unfunded projects, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all the construction projects accounted for in this fund <br />have been completed or become part of another funded project, <br /> <br />(1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this fund has negative balances which occurred because of <br />projects no longer active in this fund, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the New Brighton City Council, <br />that transfers shall be made from Fund #428 {1990-19910 Construction <br />Projects and from Fund #426 (Closed Bond Fund) to eliminate the <br />balances in Fund #424 (Unfunded Construction Projects). <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~m.c~ <br /> <br />David M.
