<br />~ <br /> <br />t, <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING 1988/1989 CONSTRUCTION FUND #427 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a separate fund was established to account for the <br />construction costs of 1988 and 1989 projects, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all the construction projects accounted for in this fund <br />have been completed and final payment made, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need for a separate fund no longer exists because all <br />the related projects have been completed, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the practice has been to transfer any residual of such a <br />fund to the Closed Bond Fund, <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the New Brighton City Council, <br />that all assets, liabilities, and fund balance of the 1988/1989 <br />Construction Fund (Fund #427) shall be transferred to the Closed <br />Bond Fund (Fund #426). <br /> <br />,.: <br />" <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1991. <br /> <br />i' <br />ii <br /> <br />~L <br /> <br />Robert Benk , Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST I <br /> <br />''', <br /> <br />_~ m\ ~ <br /> <br />David M.
