<br /> ! : <br /> Ii " I.~ <br />~ \..,. <br /> , <br /> <br />~ ! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 44 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING ENGINEERING <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES TO SERVE INNSBRUCK <br />NORTH 5TH ADDITION, PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-9 <br /> <br />:; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has initiated consideration of <br />proposed Improvement Project 91-9, the construction of streets and utilities to <br />serve Innsbruck North 5th Addition, and to assess the benefitted properties for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the New <br />Brighton Director of Public Works for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the City Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be make as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />-ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ m.
