<br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO...2.1d)42 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />......., ."... <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FOR WATER UTILITY ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />Whereas, the Environmental Restoration Fund exists to assist in restoring the environment; <br /> <br />Whereas, as part of this restoration effort, the City issued bonds to rebuild the municipal <br />water system; <br /> <br />Whereas, a commitment has been made to repay the water bonds from the Environmental <br />Restoration Fund; <br /> <br />Whereas, the amount of repayment for the year 1991 totals $312,200; <br /> <br />Whereas, a residual of $364,700 exists from the 1990 transfer; <br /> <br />Now therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1) The 1990 residual in the Water Fund will be appropriated for the bond <br />payments. <br /> <br />2) The appropriation shall be made by a transfer of $169,100 for the Bonds of <br />1982 and $143,100 for the Bonds of 1985. <br /> <br />3) The 1991 Budget shall be changed to substitute the above appropriation for the <br />transfer from the Environmental Restoration Fund. <br /> <br />4) A transfer of $52,500 shall be made from the Water Service to the <br />Environmental Fund to eliminate the residual balance. <br /> <br />Adopted this -23- day of Apr; 1 , 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />.~ .
