<br />.l <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, ,j <br /> <br />" <br />'j <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-040 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND ORDERING ENGINEERING <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES TO SERVE WEXFORD <br />HEIGHTS, PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-7. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has initiated consideration of <br />proposed Improvement Project 91-7, the construction of streets and utilities to <br />serve Wexford Heights and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />429.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); <br /> <br />;: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the New <br />Brighton Director of Public Works for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the City Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be make as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvements as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of April, 1991. <br /> <br />L" <br />.,-'.""- "I'" , <br />. , <br />,.' .," <br /> <br />. u.. ~:S>4. .;C-. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~A '. )' . <br />AJcA-L~Ll} (1\1 C/~l{~ <br />David M.
