<br />I, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-039 <br /> <br />r <br />1 <br /> <br />ii <br />I' <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT Pl-192. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for preliminary plat approval has been made by Arcon <br />Development, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />j: <br /> <br />1. An application for preliminary plat was filed with the City of New Brighton on March <br />29, 1991. <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public <br />hearing on April 16, 1991, and all persons present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. The City Council considered PL .192 at its April 23, 1991, meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council makes the following Findings of <br />Fact in respect to PL-192: <br /> <br />1. The City's Comprehensive Plan designates the subject site for Single Family <br />Residential. <br />2. The subject site is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. <br />3. The property is presently vacant. <br />4. The preliminary plat satisfies the subdivision regulations contained in Chapter 26 of <br />the City Code; complies with the lot standards of the R-l district, and is consistent <br />with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />5. The subject site would be adequately by public streets and public utilities. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the application PL-192 is hereby approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />I, <br /> <br />1. All final grading, drainage, and utility plans be subject to review and approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. The landscape plan for the interior plat area to be developed with the assistance of <br />the City Forester and submitted for City Council review. <br />3. City Police Chief and Fire Chief to approve street names prior to Final Plat submittal. <br />4. Permit approval by Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />5. No access allowed from proposed Lots 15, 16, and 17, Block 4, and Lots 25, 26, <br />and 39, Block 5, onto Silver Lake Road; and no access allowed from proposed Lot 1, <br />block 5 and Lot 21, Block 1, onto County Road E. <br />6.
