<br />'. <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />I <br />I! <br />I <br />I <br />" <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />!'> <br />U. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 91 - 0 2 8 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGH'l'ON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FOR THE GOLF COURSE STORM SEWER PROJECT #88- <br />08 <br /> <br />Whereas, work has been completed on the upgrading of the storm sewer at the <br />Golf Course; <br /> <br />Whereas, the project was to be jointly financed by the Golf Course and the <br />Stormwater Management Fund; <br /> <br />Whereas, the remaining amount of the reimbursement is $9,300; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />l. A transfer of $9,300 shall be made from the Stonnwater Management "f'und to <br />the Golf Course Fund. <br /> <br />2.
