<br />, ~!' <br /> <br />"-' <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLlJrION NO. 90-078 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />RESOLUI'ION AtJI'HORIZING PAYMENT FOR STORM DAMAGE CLEAN-UP AND APPROPRIATING <br />A USE OF THE BUDGET CONTINGENCY <br /> <br />Whereas, the City participated in the clean-up of trees dama.ged in the <br />stom on July 8, 1990; <br /> <br />Whereas,.to accanplish this clean-up it was necessary for the City to pay <br />overti.Ire to the maintenance crew and to engage tree contractors; <br /> <br />Whereas, the total cost of the above was $23,823.78; <br /> <br />~ ! <br /> <br />Whereas, the 1990 Budget contains a contingency which is intended to be used <br />for such errergency /unplanned events; <br /> <br />I! <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. Final payrrent to the involved contractors is hereby authorized.. <br /> <br />2.
