<br />... <br /> <br />...: ). <br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />V <br />-I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-065 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING <br />ON PROJECTS TO BE SPECIAL ASSESSED IN 1990. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following public improvement project was ordered by the City <br />Council of the City of New Brighton at a Public Improvement Hearings, which was <br />noticed and held as required by law. <br /> <br />Project 89-7 <br /> <br />Long Lake Area Street Rehabilitation <br /> <br />i' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement project is now completed so that the costs <br />thereof can be special assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The cost of said improvement to be specially assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $195,178.92. <br /> <br />'[ <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith <br />calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for said <br />improvement against every assessable lot, place, or parcel of land <br />within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br />provided by law and shall rile a copy of such proposed assessments in <br />his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments, notify <br />the Council thereof. <br /> <br />4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessments be set for <br />August 14, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />5.
