<br />"equest for Qualifications" is different from "Request for Proposals", RFQ is used to
<br />Cletermine interest from a variety of developers. Mr. Black outlined the 4 sites
<br />being considered. It was stated that the City would advertise for submissions. The
<br />EDC will review submitted proposals, and make a recommendation to the City
<br />Council regarding the finalists. The finalists will then submit their proposals to the
<br />Council.
