I ; ;) " WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Lot 31, Auditor's Subdivision 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota Commencing at a :roint 597.14 ft. S. of an iron monument at the NW corner of the NE l of the SWi Sec. 20, T. 30, R 23, thence E. parallel with the S. line or said NEt of sw t of said Sec. 20, 395 ft. ; thence N. parallel with the W. line of said NEt of swt Sec. 20, 50 ft.; thence W. parallel with the S. line of said NE4' of SW1 of said Sec. 20, 395 ft. ; thence S. along the W. line of said NE i 0 the SW! Sec. 20,50 ft. to place of beginning, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. Except the West 8 feet for street. AND Lot 32, Auditor's Subdivision 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota Commencing at a point 647.14 feet South of an iron monument at the Northwest corner of the Northeast t of the Southwest j of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, thence East parallel with the bouth line of said Northeast ~ of Southwest t of said Section 20, 395 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said Northeast i of Southwest ~ of Section 20, 50 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Northeast i of Southwest t of said Section 20, 395 feet; thence South along the West line of said Northeast! of Southwest i of said Section 20, 50 feet to place of beginning . I' ii I' WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has ben met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton recommends approval of the subdivision of the above described
