<br />Section 4. Approval of the Modification of Tax Increment <br />Financinq Districts No. 1 throuqh No. 11 and the APproval and <br />Adoption of the Modified Tax Increment Financinq Plans Relating <br />Thereto. <br /> <br />4.01. The modification of Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />No. 1 through No. 17 reflecting increased project costs within <br />Development District No. 1 and the approval and adoption of the <br />Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans relating thereto are hereby <br />approved and adopted by the Council of the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 5. Approval of the Creation of Proposed Tax Increment <br />Financinq District No. la and the Approval and Adoption of the <br />Proposed Tax Increment Financinq Plan Relating Thereto. <br /> <br />5.01. The creation of proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 18 within Development District No. 1 and the approval <br />and adoption of the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan relating <br />thereto is hereby approved and adopted by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Section 6. Filinq of Plans. <br /> <br />6,01. Upon approval and adoption of the Modified Development <br />Program, Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans and proposed Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan (collectively the "Plans"), the City shall <br />cause said Plans to be filed with the Minnesota Department of Trade <br />and Economic Development. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City this 24th day of April, <br />1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Larson , and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Benke, Brandt Rebelein, Gunderman, Larson, Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />4 <br />
